Tri-Star Construction was honoured to be appointed as the main contractor for the project, which involved constructing a four-storey retail development with a total gross building area of 41,610 m². The project included a multi-level warehouse, offices, ablution facilities, refuse areas, and associated stormwater drainage systems.
