This seven-storey residential student accommodation building, which includes a basement level, comprises 319 unitsdesigned for shared living. Each unit accommodates 3–4 students and features two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The development includes basement parking and services, a reception and security area, guard house, dedicated reading and study areas, three lifts, and five separate staircases. The design also incorporates internal courtyards, landscaped garden areas, and a rooftop garden, providing both functional and communal spaces for residents.
