Fleurhof is an ongoing affordable housing project designed to enhance community living through the construction of various units across multiple extensions. Extension 19 comprises 144 RDP walk-up units, while Extension 31 includes 124 RDP walk-up units. Extension 7 features four blocks, each containing 144 RDP units. Additionally, Extension 39 involves the construction of 204 FLISP walk-up units, complete with a refuse yard and guardhouse. This project aims to provide high-quality, affordable housing, contributing to the development of a vibrant and sustainable community.
