The development includes five floors housing 248 well-appointed hotel rooms, complemented by a ground-floor restaurant and welcoming reception area. A standout feature is the top-floor sky bar and signature restaurant, offering panoramic views and an upscale dining experience. The hotel also includes a basement level for essential services and operational support.
