Chilli Lane Shopping Centre

This project involved the comprehensive refurbishment, alteration, and upgrading of a 13,000m² retail shopping centre in Sunninghill. The existing retail spaces were modernised and reconfigured to enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, the parking facilities were upgraded and expanded to improve accessibility and convenience for shoppers. Extensive landscaping was completed, incorporating both hardscape and softscape elements to create an inviting and attractive environment around the shopping centre. Security enhancements were made by installing a new security fence to ensure the safety and security of the premises. This extensive renovation revitalised the shopping centre, providing a contemporary and secure retail destination.
