The Houghton Clubhouse is a three-storey structure built with basement parking and includes kitchens, restaurants, bars, and change rooms. The build incorporated high-quality internal finishes and structural elements suited to both hospitality and recreational use. External works included landscaping and access infrastructure to integrate the facility with the surrounding golf course environment.
