This project involved the complete transformation of the former Waterfront in Randburg into the revitalised Brightwater Commons. It included a full refurbishment of the existing mall, the construction of a new Virgin Active gym, two new entrance walkways, a range of additional line shops, and a newly built Woolworths, creating a vibrant and modern retail destination.
