Chilli Lane Shopping Centre, located in Sunninghill, recently underwent a remarkable transformation, thanks to the diligent efforts of the project team and Tri-Star Construction. Tri-Star was appointed as the Main Contractors for the refurbishment project by Luxanio Trading 181(PTY) Ltd. Tri-Star Construction commenced work in June 2023 and successfully completed the project by November 2023.

The refurbishment project encompassed a comprehensive architectural overhaul aimed at revitalizing the retail centre and enhancing the overall consumer experience. The objective was to not only rejuvenate the physical appearance of the shopping centre but also to elevate its appeal to both tenants and visitors alike.

Tri-Star Construction completed an extensive refurbishment contract, including installing walkway canopies, developing a new trolley bay area, creating a family court, adding a balcony, and upgrading various facilities. Additionally, the team renovated ablutions, refurbished the lift lobby, introduced new landscaping, and implemented enhancements to entrances and signage throughout the centre. 

Not only has the centre received a modern architectural facelift, but it has also enhanced its amenities and infrastructure, thereby elevating the overall shopping experience for its patrons.
