Brooklyn House achieved practical completion on January 15, 2025. The development consists of 297 beds (221 units) across two blocks, with one rising three storeys and the other eight storeys. It also includes basement and semi-basement parking, as well as external works to improve accessibility and aesthetics.

Practical completion is anticipated this Friday. The team worked tirelessly until 20 December to ensure the successful delivery of this project to the client.
