This project involves the construction of a student accommodation facility in Cape Town, designed to house approximately 600 students. The development comprises 169 apartments, spread across two- and three-storey buildings, providing a total of 577 student beds. The project aims to create a comfortable and conducive living environment for students, with modern amenities and well-planned living spaces.
