Construction under way at new R93m Maitland Mews social housing project
Construction is under way at the City of Cape Town and Social Housing Institution Madulammoho Housing Association’s Maitland Mews social housing project. This 204-unit development forms part of a broader precinct development comprising some 1 200 affordable housing units in total.
